Our founder retired as an accomplished and successful wedding planner. She remains passionate about the real work of love and the celebration that can be such a wonderful ritual of it. She knows the process from beginning to end, including all its stresses and joys. While on an intensive and enjoyable tour of the Champagne region of France, she realized that there was no sparkling wine/champagne created specifically for weddings and the whole wedding experience. She decided then to go about learning the industry and champagne process from the inside out, achieving certification as a Master of Champagne.
As a former wedding planner, she knew that the sparkling wine served for wedding celebrations had to have a certain flavor profile to appeal to a wide range of palates. It should be available in sets designed for such events and have other intuitive perks like personalization.
