Wine pours are typically a standard size (2.5-3 oz) pour for each glass. On a typical food and Wine Crawl, there will be at least one “flight” of 3 tastings with an assortment of chef-curated small bites at each location. For some Crawls with a different point of view like with Rooftops & Terraces, the experience may have fantastic views in exchange for a food pairing. Those Crawls are more about the location; and while our partners in most cities do their best to provide a great experience within our ticket price budgets, they usually do not discount their regular price structure for our groups.

No, our tours will go out rain, shine, or snow. For summer rooftop and terrace locations, indoor accommodations will be available at each venue during inclement weather.

Typically, we need three weeks in advance to secure a spot at popular restaurants, wine bars, or local hot-spots. The more advance notice we can receive, the better we are able to secure locations and sommeliers, wine stewards, and educators.

No, it is not suitable for children. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid photo ID to attend Wine Crawl.

Yes. If you are looking for a unique experience for small groups, we can create a custom Crawl for you highlighting three great locations. We will still arrange the luxury transportation for your group, include an interactive educational element, and take care of all the details. Since we already have established relationships with top venues and some private clubs, we may be able to provide a memorable tasting experience that you could not coordinate on your own. No. However, if you would please let us know beforehand if any participants have any dietary restrictions or allergies, we will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee accommodations can be made by each venue.

We provide luxury/executive transportation from pick-up to drop-off, but depending on traffic and each location’s ability to accommodate an executive coach at their entrance, participants may need to cross a city street or walk from the end of a block to a venue’s entrance, when necessary.

We host Wine Crawls all year long in different cities across the country. Anytime is a great time for a Wine Crawl, but summertime is often when our public Wine Crawls fill up in advance. Some Wine Crawls for summer have sold out in January.

Wine Crawl tours last four hours. We spend about an hour at each of the three locations and time traveling between the stops in luxury transportation. Because the immersive food and wine experience tends to create relationship bonds, attendees often choose to spend more time at the final location at the conclusion of Wine Crawl.

Yes, at the moment we can only offer Wine Crawl tours in English. However, for groups of 25 or larger, we will provide a seat AT NO CHARGE for an interpreter at each venue and on the provided luxury transportation if the interpreter will not be eating or drinking.

Yes! Gratuities for servers and transportation are included.

There are NO refunds for Public Wine Crawls on Eventbrite as stated at the time of purchase on Eventbrite. For Tailored Group Wine Crawls like Corporate Crawls, Charity Crawls, or Custom Crawls we will refund 50% of the total paid up until 14 days prior to the booked reservation date.  After 14 days we cannot offer refunds. Dates may be changed or postponed at no charge prior to the 14-day cut-off.
